Checking exterior gutters and drainage for clogs and flow, and checking the roofs for debris buildup or cracked tiles. This includes things like replacing HVAC & water filters. Many of these items need to be checked or replaced every 3-6 months and doing so can prevent more costly repairs in the future.

Most maintenance is actually repairs of things that have finally broken. Whether it is lights that have stopped working, wall damage, a clogged drain, or a fixture not working properly any more. While many things can be prevented with routine maintenance, the reality is things just break. H & H always takes a repair first approach before replacement, unless otherwise specified. With the goal of reducing your cost and increasing the longevity of your home. Once diagnosed, many repairs can be completed in only a few hours or less! Some repairs require specialized experience and skills like electrical and plumbing, while others just require capable hands like cleaning gutters or repairing a fence.
